The Confident Ocean Creative
Ocean Photography Course
Take your photography into the ocean with confidence
The ocean is unpredictable, wild, and breathtaking - but it doesn’t have to be scary.
The Confident Ocean Creative is an online course designed for photographers who already understand their camera and feel called to take their work into the ocean - safely, intentionally, and creatively.
I’ll guide you through every step so you can safely step into the water and start capturing the beauty that few people ever get to see.
Let’s get you out there.
This course is for you if:
You have a basic understanding of photography and settings.
You’re drawn to ocean and water photography
You’re thinking about shooting in the ocean but are yet to purchase a housing.
You already own a water housing but don’t feel confident using it.
You want to develop your own ocean photography style.
Ocean photography can feel intimidating, and for good reason. There’s a lot at stake - your gear, your safety, your confidence.
I learnt to shoot in the ocean all on my own - there were no resources that taught ocean photography as a whole. Not just settings or gear, but decision-making, awareness, and respect for the environment. I remember feeling truly terrified the first time I put my expensive camera in the water, unsure if I was doing it right.
I created this course to support you in your journey in ocean photography. Whether you’re yet to purchase a housing and not sure where to start, or you’ve already got the gear but are lacking in confidence, this course will be your guide.
